DocServant is designed for organizations where data security isn't optional. Every layer is built with compliance and trust in mind.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). DocServant does not store voice recordings permanently. Customers may optionally store recordings in Salesforce based on their own configuration and data retention policies.
Compliance
DocServant is designed with SOC 2 Type II requirements in mind and follows industry best practices for security and operational controls. We maintain detailed internal compliance documentation and continuously align our processes with recognized standards.
Access Controls
DocServant authenticates via Salesforce OAuth 2.0 and fully respects object-level and field-level security within your org. No elevated Salesforce permissions beyond standard user access are required.
Infrastructure & Data Residency
Hosted on enterprise-grade AWS infrastructure using SOC 2 compliant cloud providers. EU and US regional deployments are supported. Data residency options are available for organizations in regulated industries.
